CCI Platform · Installable PWA pilot

Compliance records built once, controlled properly and ready when the project needs them.

CCI connects projects, sites, assets, certificates, defects, temporary services and project handover evidence in one controlled workspace. This version remains stored on this device while the cloud and subscription layer is prepared.

Platform readiness

Electrical compliance

Certificates, reports and controlled notices

Nine working electrical records sit inside a wider operations system with projects, sites, asset passports, defect closeout, project packs and temporary site-services records.

Plumbing & heating compliance

Work records, commissioning and safety certificates

Eight original CCI templates provide a practical starting suite for plumbers, heating engineers and low-carbon heating installers. Restricted records include clear competency gates and do not claim to replace scheme-issued or manufacturer documents.

Competence remains essential. Gas work must only be completed by an appropriately registered Gas Safe engineer. Unvented hot water and MCS records must only be issued within the installer’s qualifications, registration and scheme scope.

Asset Passports

Give every important board, boiler, pump, transformer, light, charger or temporary-services item a permanent record with a unique passport identity.

Asset register

Select an asset to view its passport and history.

Create asset passport

Passport principle

Open the existing asset next time rather than rebuilding it. CCI retains the certificate history, defects, photos, status and future inspection position. The token shown in this pilot is QR-ready; public scannable verification URLs will be activated with the future cloud database.

Raise → assign → repair → retest → close

Defects & Actions

A certificate should not be the end of the process. CCI keeps every defect linked to its project, site, asset, source document, responsible person and closeout evidence.

Project Pack Builder

Select the project, period and evidence categories. CCI creates one indexed, controlled client pack rather than leaving supervisors and office staff to assemble separate PDFs manually.

Pack controls

Pack control

Generate a pack to see the document register and coverage summary.
Temporary services and site evidence

Site Operations

The site layer is designed around the real temporary-services, briefing, permit, HAVS and isolation records needed to keep a live project controlled.

0 indicative exposure points
100 points represents the daily exposure action value and 400 points the daily exposure limit value. Use current HSE guidance and verified tool data.
The site records support a controlled process but do not replace competent planning, risk assessment, statutory duties or the principal contractor’s permit system.

CCI Field Assistant

Dictate or paste structured site notes. The local assistant can create circuit entries, assets and defects without sending data to an external AI service. Production AI will require secure cloud processing, confirmations and audit controls.

Waiting for a field instruction.

Photo label capture

Choose or take a photo of an asset label.
This local build stores a compressed preview only. Automatic label reading is not represented as live until a secure OCR/AI service is connected and tested.

Confirmation-first design

CCI may suggest fields and draft wording. The engineer remains responsible for readings, classifications, declarations and issue decisions. Nothing is silently certified by the assistant.

Controlled-document authenticity

CCI Verify

Check whether a certificate, project pack or asset passport exists in this local controlled register and whether it is current, superseded or closed.

Enter a local CCI reference to check its status.
Local demonstration. Public verification requires a hosted database and immutable issue history. The PWA build will turn this into a client-facing verification URL.
Controlled register · Draft → Issued

Records

Saving the same reference updates the controlled record and increases its revision rather than creating uncontrolled duplicates. Data remains in this browser during the PWA pilot.

These details flow into every certificate and controlled document. Password approval remains a production-only server feature and is not treated as secure in this local file.

Qualified Supervisor

This field is not secure in a standalone HTML file. Production approval must use authenticated accounts, server-side checks and an audit record.

Trade registrations

Only enter registrations held by the business. CCI does not verify external scheme status in this PWA pilot.

Boards & circuits

Add as many consumer units as the install has. Readings outside BS 7671 limits are flagged; add a flag to Observations and the engineer codes it.

Add every board in the new installation. Readings outside BS 7671 limits are flagged so they can be corrected before signing.

Verify before live use. BS 7671 max-Zs values are a first-pass derivation; fuses left for verified data.

Schedule of inspections

Transcribed from the model form. Code an item C1/C2/C3/FI and it lands in Observations — the same register the circuit flags feed.

A higher-level schedule than the EICR — confirm each item is satisfactory, or mark not-applicable. New work has no condition codes.

Declaration of compliance

Design · Construction · Inspection & Testing

The competent person(s) certify the new work complies with BS 7671. One person may sign all three parts, or three different people may each sign their own.

The signatory certifies — not the software. CCI presents the readings and flags; the named person(s) take responsibility for compliance.
